For more than 20 years we've run the back office for owners across San Antonio and Texas, treating every one like our only client. We come from a long line of small business owners, so the work never feels like a vendor filling an order. It feels like a partner who knows what's at stake.
Our story
I come from a long line of business owners, so I always knew I wanted to do my own thing. Getting there took longer than I planned. I tried two or three times over the years and kept falling back on a W-2 job to keep the lights on, until the timing was finally right.
Building this firm taught me what it feels like to bet on yourself before you can quite afford to, and that's exactly why I do this work, so no small business owner has to feel alone in it.

Who you'll work with
Co-Founder & President
A federally licensed Enrolled Agent who can represent clients directly before the IRS. Kika leads the firm's CFO and tax advisory work, the strategic side of pricing, cash flow, and year-round planning that helps owners decide where the business goes next.
Co-Founder & CEO
Runs the technology side of the firm. A former Air Force secure communication systems technician, Frank leads the IT services, computer support, managed networks, and system monitoring that keep the practice and its clients protected.
COO & Operations Manager
A Certifying Acceptance Agent who leads the firm's day-to-day operations. Magaly is your point of contact for bookkeeping and payroll, business formation, and the administrative services that keep a business running.
